Absorption analysis focuses on market acceptance of the proposed new service or product.  The projected sales are identified based on realistic scenarios.

Market segmentation is critical in competing effectively in a highly volatile market.  Segmentation is based upon one of three strategies:

3) Atomization.

MindPower is a personal growth through effective coaching program that will maximize personal performance.  The program focuses on three factors:

  •     Ability

  •     Knowledge

  •     Attitude

 MindPower for… Management Success requires a minimum commitment of six months. During which time the essential skill sets will be established.  Many individuals continue for an additional six to twelve months.

 The program requires three meetings of approximately two hours each and follow-up of 1 hour telephone calls every other week (Based upon an agreed upon schedule). 

50 + Housing (Click for more detail)

The 50+ age cohort is projected to increase of 43% (aged 55 to 75), in the next five years.  There are specific needs that should be to be addressed.   It is more than one floor living and maintenance free housing.
