Housing Experts Tap 50+ Market
Castle Rock, CO, February 18, 2008…While fluctuations in the housing market continue to make headlines, experts in the field are preparing for the inevitable growth and impact of the 50+ population on the industry. Among them is Colorado businessman Jerry Costanzo.
Costanzo, principal of G.L. Costanzo & Associates, Inc., a nationally-recognized marketing and sales training firm specializing in real estate development, joins an elite group of industry specialists who have earned the Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) designation through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He is the first such designee in southern Colorado and one of eight in the state distinctly qualified to advise clients regarding the 50+ market segment.

In addition to his two masters degrees, Costanzo has achieved the highest level of NAHB designation as a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) and Certified Sales Professional (CSP). He serves as a University of Housing (NAHB) instructor and is on the Board of Trustees of the National Sales and Marketing Council and the 50+ Council. The CAASH designation required completion of 50 units of specialized credit and mandates adherence to a strict Code of Ethics.
